  • When can I expect shipment?
    Your package will be shipped 1 or 2 business days after ordering and should take 3 to 5 business days for you to receive. Shipping is M-F excluding weekends / holidays and an tracking number will be provided to you once shipped. International Shipping - Allow 1 to 2 business days after ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally recieved within 21 business days.
  • How long does it take to get my email replied?
    Our customer service try our best to reply to emails in a timely fashion within 24 hours. If it's an urgent question please do not hestiate to give us a call.
  • Do you offer refunds or returns?
    We do not offer refunds on our products, unless the product is defective or badly packed. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we will work with you to guarantee you're a satisfied customer.
  • Do I need a Paypal account to order?
    No! All you need is an debit or credit card.
  • My all natural hair mositurizer melted upon receiving. Can I have a refund?
    Do to hot weather the all natural product can melt during shipping. Please place in freezer for a few hours. No refunds will be given but we will do our best in satisfying our customers.
